I offer private tuition on a one-to-one basis, with premises in Wakefield with a dedicated tuition area. I offer tuition for:
- Electric Guitar
- Bass Guitar
- Drum Kit
- 5-string Banjo
- Music Theory and Ear Training (vital skills for all musicians)
All lessons are structured for the individual student. I have a range of students, some who wish to learn for fun, and others who wish to study exam material with aim to achieving grades.
The styles I teach are mainly related to Rock and Blues music, pop and heavy metal styles (for guitar). These are my specialist areas, however if your lessons are more informal based, you will not be asked to study a style of music that does not interest you.
I accept beginners for tuition, and have instruments setup for students who may wish to simply “try out” an instrument.
I prefer to think of my tuition style more as a musical coach rather than teacher; I can offer advise and assist you to get to where you want to be with your instrument.
All tuition takes place at Saturn Music, Wakefield, located on Zetland Street, WF1 1QT.
Costings for tuition is £20 per hour, or £10 per half hour.
